Lake Michigan Mailers, Inc. a leading provider of mailing, presorting, mail assembly and document creation services in Western Michigan and Northern Indiana, is currently seeking a team-focused, driven individual for the position of part-time Mail Processor for the Daily Mail Services Group at its South Bend, Indiana facility.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, demonstrate a solid work history and a clean driving record. Strong written and oral communication skills are required for this position.
This entry level position offers a competitive wage based on experience and is reviewable after 90-days.
The projected work schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. until close (approximately 8:30 p.m.). This position could be combined with an available part-time Route Driver position to create a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, demonstrate a solid work history and a clean driving record. Strong written and oral communication skills are required for this position.
This driving position requires a valid chauffeur's license and successfully passing a DOT physical examination.
This entry level position offers a competitive wage based on experience and is reviewable after 90-days.
The projected work schedule is Monday through Friday from 1:15 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. This position could be combined with an available Mail Processor position to create a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Full-Time Data Specialist Level I

Kalamazoo Facility
Lake Michigan Mailers, Inc. a leading provider of mailing, mail assembly and document creation services in Western Michigan and Northern Indiana, is currently seeking a team-focused, driven individual for the position of full-time Data Specialist I for Data and Document Services Group at its Kalamazoo, Michigan facility.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented and demonstrate a solid work history with at least two (2) years experience working with MS Windows environment, and at least two (2) years experience with MS Word and MS Excel. Experience with HTML language is preferred but not a requirement. The Company will provide training, as appropriate, for other required software and hardware. Strong written and oral communication skills are required for this position. This position requires that the candidate be able learn new competencies, work under time constraints and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
The wage for this entry level position is commensurate with experience and work history and is reviewable after 90-days.
The starting work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. based on workload.
